Lead and expand the Security Sales Team across Cisco’s US Global Enterprise Segment
Optimize market coverage and identify new business opportunities
Own sales strategy for the complete security portfolio
Create revenue plans, deliver against targets, and oversee sales forecasting
Increase market share through new-logo acquisition and effective coverage models
Build a professional, collaborative, and creative team culture
Strengthen operational execution through pipeline development, hiring, performance management, and team certifications
Partner with Portfolio Sales, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Enablement, Channels, and Customer Success
Define and communicate a long-term vision for Cisco’s Security business
Grow Cisco’s security business while influencing stakeholders across functions

Талаптар

At least 10 years of experience in sales or a related field
At least 5 years of management or sales leadership experience
Background managing revenue responsibility and sales quotas
Experience in cross-functional or general management roles within a matrixed organization
BS or BA degree, or equivalent professional experience
Second-line leadership experience is preferred
Executive presence with the ability to influence peers and leaders across a large organization
Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales organizations
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in leading business transformation and operating through complex organizational structures
