Bilingual English/French Proofreader (Remote)
Review and format client press releases in English and French for Notified, Equiniti’s public-relations and investor-relations technology provider. Support global distribution, regulatory filings, account administration, and customer service.

- Report to a Team Lead within the global Editorial Team
- Proofread client press releases for grammar, spelling, and consistency without performing fact-checking
- Format releases to closely reflect each client’s original version
- Assist clients by phone and email
- Support regulatory requirements, including SEDAR and EDGAR filings
- Maintain accounts by managing email lists, adding users and accounts, and administering multimedia libraries
- Serve as the main client contact for administrative, consultative, and press-release service requests
- Coordinate with colleagues and other departments
- Build familiarity with additional Notified products
- Distribute press releases worldwide to journalists, terminals, and websites
- Work occasional overtime during periods of high volume
Талаптар
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline, is required
- Comparable experience in a similar role may be accepted in place of the education requirement
- One to two years of professional experience is required
- Previous customer-service experience in a fast-paced setting is required
- Professional fluency in English and French is required
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stay focused in stressful circumstances
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Availability for occasional weekend on-call coverage, holidays, and remote monitoring shifts outside the usual schedule
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening
