Wholesale Operations Analyst – Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Support wholesale operations by resolving reconciliations, payment issues, compliance matters, and controlled document workflows. Daimler Truck Financial provides financing solutions for commercial vehicle customers and dealers.

Description

  • Own reconciliation issues and serve as the escalation point for discrepancy resolution
  • Investigate urgent, complex, and non-standard administrative matters across U.S. and Canadian markets
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support operational continuity
  • Audit work completed by the NASC team
  • Provide live process guidance to NASC team members
  • Train new and current NASC staff on wholesale procedures
  • Review escalation patterns and propose process improvements
  • Process incoming checks and apply payments to assigned wholesale accounts
  • Maintain secure physical records of Manufacturer’s Certificates of Origin and vehicle titles
  • Release MSOs and titles after the related accounts are fully paid
  • Conduct user acceptance and regression testing for system updates and releases
  • Support special projects, reporting, and other ad hoc assignments

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is typically expected
  • Typically requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, or six years of experience in place of a degree
  • Working knowledge and broader professional experience in the field are required
  • Understanding of key business drivers is required
  • Ability to work independently within established guidelines and policies to resolve moderately complex problems
  • Provides informal guidance to newer team members
  • May lead assigned projects or processes
  • At least two years of customer service experience is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with accounting, payment processing, compliance, or operational workflows
  • Strong analytical and training abilities
  • Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country of posting
  • Final candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check
