Training and Competency Coordinator - Adelaide Onsite

Coordinate training, competency systems and audit-ready workforce records for Aurecon’s regulated infrastructure programs in Adelaide. Support workforce readiness through structured learning delivery, reporting and continuous improvement.

Description

  • Coordinate training, competency development, professional development and on-the-job learning activities
  • Build and maintain training and competency matrices aligned with workforce capability needs
  • Arrange training delivery with subject matter experts and external providers
  • Keep accurate, traceable and audit-ready training and competency records
  • Control training documentation, version histories and supporting evidence
  • Report on training completion, competency gaps and workforce readiness
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Help improve training and competency systems and processes
  • Collaborate with technical specialists, project leaders and external providers
  • Support a nationally significant program in a highly regulated environment

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating or supporting training, competency, learning or workforce capability programs
  • Knowledge of vocational education and training principles, competency-based training and assessment, or RTO-quality systems
  • Experience managing training records, competency matrices, learning management systems or workforce capability frameworks
  • Understanding of traceability, document control and audit-ready recordkeeping
  • Strong organisational, stakeholder engagement and written communication abilities
  • Experience in defence, aviation, rail, energy, infrastructure or another highly regulated sector is advantageous
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), or equivalent demonstrated experience, is highly regarded
  • Australian Citizenship is required
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance
