Join SDG Group España as a Talent Acquisition intern supporting recruitment for a Data, Analytics, and AI consultancy. The role covers university partnerships, interviews, job postings, and employer-branding initiatives.

Description

  • Support the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team in managing and delivering recruitment processes, with a particular focus on interns and recent graduates.
  • Coordinate hiring needs for SDG Group España with the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team.
  • Prepare and monitor agreements with universities and schools while coordinating with People First and company tutors.
  • Contribute to collaboration initiatives with universities and schools.
  • Publish job openings across multiple employment portals.
  • Conduct interviews and assess the competencies and technical requirements of student and recent-graduate candidates.
  • Assist with preparing, presenting, and sending employment offers to prospective employees.
  • Represent SDG at national job fairs and employer-branding activities in a professional and approachable manner.

Requirements

  • Be in your final year of study and seeking an internship.
  • Studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills for managing multiple processes efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills when working with candidates and internal teams.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
  • Motivation to develop in recruitment and help build high-performing teams.
  • Availability to travel.
  • B2-level English proficiency.
  • Advanced Excel and Office 365 skills.
