Systems Analyst — Climate First Bank, United States Remote

Optimize Jack Henry SilverLake workflows for Climate First Bank, a sustainability-focused commercial bank. Advance automation, compliance, and operational efficiency across banking teams.

Description

  • Design, implement, and optimize enterprise workflows on the Jack Henry SilverLake core banking system
  • Develop and deploy cross-department automation using JHA Enterprise Workflow or comparable platforms
  • Work with business teams to document processes, uncover inefficiencies, and deliver scalable automation
  • Act as the subject matter expert for workflow governance and best practices
  • Create process documentation and training resources, including flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate with the Banking Systems Administrator on core system changes
  • Convert business needs into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other teams to align workflows with regulatory and business requirements
  • Monitor relevant regulations along with the bank’s policies and operating procedures
  • Escalate suspicious activity and work with appropriate teams to support fraud prevention
  • Improve operational performance and enable data-informed decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or at least three years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis
  • Demonstrated experience using workflow automation platforms
  • Experience with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry SilverLake, is preferred
  • Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations
  • Ability to interpret API functionality and data flows
  • Ability to diagnose integration problems in collaboration with technical teams
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance requirements, and customer service workflows
  • Proficiency with Excel, databases, and form-building tools
  • Completion of required compliance and IT training
  • Must confirm non-smoking status or commit to cessation within 90 days of accepting an offer
  • Valid U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available
  • Completion of cognitive and personality assessments, credit and background checks, and reference checks is required during the hiring process
