Senior Test and Evaluation Operations Manager supporting DHS FEMA projects and test events. Oversees workforce assignments, personnel tracking, and coordination with technical and government stakeholders.
Description
- Support the DHS FEMA Test and Evaluation (T&E) Division
- Balance workforce capacity and assign personnel to projects and test events
- Lead staff meetings
- Monitor personnel availability
- Coordinate with Data Managers, analysts, cybersecurity personnel, test teams, and government stakeholders
- Handle project management and program analysis activities
- Create and maintain a personnel tracker that aligns project and test-event staffing with required effort and skill sets
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, and external organizations, including national laboratories, universities, and other FEMA entities
- Apply strong organizational skills and communicate promptly with company leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience
- Experience supporting DHS Test and Evaluation activities
- Strong coordination skills across multiple technical and operational stakeholder groups
- Experience leading technical teams, assigning tasks, or managing project execution
- U.S. citizenship
- Active Secret clearance
- Master's degree preferred
- DHS CBRN Test and Evaluation experience preferred
- Knowledge of scientific, laboratory, sensory and instrumentation, operational test support systems, and data collection architectures preferred
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies preferred
