Description

  • Partner with customer executives, project managers, and IT teams throughout solution delivery.
  • Translate business needs into clear business and technical requirements.
  • Design data visualization, workflow, migration, and enterprise architecture solutions.
  • Lead functional delivery with a consistent methodology and strong product expertise.
  • Run customer workshops, capture requirements, and shape suitable solutions.
  • Promote established standards and proven practices.
  • Keep up with Grafana Labs products, observability, and adjacent technologies.
  • Deliver technical guidance, training, onboarding, implementation, expansion, and consulting.
  • Validate roadmap alignment, steer project execution, and fit Grafana capabilities to customer architectures, objectives, and constraints.
  • Track recurring problems and support trends, and raise opportunities for product improvements.
  • Work with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services on innovation and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Germany.
  • At least five years of experience on deployment teams using project management methods.
  • Hands-on observability experience.
  • Knowledge of best practices for deploying and using observability stacks across visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Grafana and preferably Prometheus, Cortex or Enterprise Metrics, Loki or Enterprise Logs, Jaeger, or Tempo experience.
  • A record of delivering customer projects successfully, preferably enterprise observability implementations for large customers.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, partners, and internal colleagues.
  • Kubernetes experience, including kubectl and Helm; Tanka is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure.
