Senior .NET Technical Lead - Chile Remote
Lead .NET architecture, security, and platform evolution for a technology organization in Chile. Mentor developers and guide the responsible adoption of emerging technologies.
Description
- Lead technical direction, architecture, and solution design for the domain vertical
- Guide key technical decisions and contribute to designing and refining complex solutions
- Drive platform modernization from AS-IS to TO-BE
- Manage technical debt, obsolescence, technology risks, and architectural evolution
- Ensure solution quality, security, and protection
- Embed secure development, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and data protection from the design stage
- Assess code quality using tools such as SonarQube and ReSharper
- Advance the technical maturity, quality, and autonomy of developers and teams through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer
- Help define and evolve standards, engineering practices, and architecture
- Participate in the Technical Leads community and promote adoption of technology standards
- Research and support the responsible adoption of new technologies, development practices, and AI
- Coordinate technical work with Technical Leads, Architecture, and other technology specialties
Requirements
- More than 7 years of experience developing with .NET Framework and .NET Core
- Strong command of C#, Forma, MVC, WPF, REST APIs, and Web Services
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable solutions
- Deep knowledge of branching methodologies
- Deep knowledge of SOLID, DDD, and CQRS
- Experience with telemetry and monitoring tools
- Experience documenting APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI
- Experience validating code quality with SonarQube and ReSharper
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Experience with Oracle databases, including PL/SQL, and data modeling
- Knowledge of secure development, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and data protection
- Knowledge and ability to manage technical debt, obsolescence, technology risks, maintainability, and architectural evolution
- Knowledge and experience applying artificial intelligence to software development, including related security, privacy, intellectual property, and information protection risks
- Ability to independently research, assess, and learn new technologies
- Technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge-transfer skills
- Ability to communicate and justify technical decisions, build agreement, and collaborate effectively
- Experience leading technical teams in agile cells is preferred
- Mentoring and code review experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills are preferred
