Description

  • Originate, qualify, and manage structured credit, securitization, and liquidity transactions with borrowers and corporate decision-makers
  • Identify working capital and corporate debt financing needs at companies generating more than R$15 million in annual revenue
  • Assess projects and interpret their financing requirements
  • Maintain consistent origination activity against a benchmark of two structured contracts per week
  • Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposed transactions
  • Support mid-sized and large companies, particularly industrial businesses

Requirements

  • Maintain an active portfolio and proven direct relationships with C-level executives, finance directors, and shareholders at mid-sized and large companies with annual revenue above R$15 million
  • Demonstrate practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding lines such as BNDES and equivalent institutions
  • Understand financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering
  • Evaluate complex projects and working capital or corporate debt requirements
  • Bring initiative, commercial judgment, results focus, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Have highly senior commercial experience with Middle Market and Large Corporate clients, supported by an active portfolio and established industrial-sector relationships
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration
