Description
- Develop production-grade backend software and services
- Build dependable asynchronous pipelines that support AI models
- Create deterministic bridges between agentic behavior and secure, predictable financial operations
- Translate machine learning research prototypes into stable, high-performance production systems
- Partner with backend and data engineers to operationalize, monitor, and improve agentic workflows
- Contribute across retrieval, memory, and orchestration systems
- Use tools including Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot in daily development
- Own critical components of the AI platform and ecosystem
- Help shape an AI-powered financial product for business owners, artists, and freelancers
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a senior engineer
- Strong foundations in software engineering
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and scaling production machine learning and AI systems
- Practical knowledge of modern LLM tools and orchestration frameworks
- Experience deploying agentic systems to production
- Experience with semantic search and retrieval architectures
- Experience evaluating production AI systems for quality, cost, and latency
- Experience using LLMs with personally identifiable and sensitive data in regulated environments
- Experience delivering AI systems within strict security, compliance, and audit constraints
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with asynchronous execution models
- Ability to manage deadlines, own work end to end, and share technical context
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Startup experience is preferred
- Fintech or crypto experience is preferred but not required
- A track record of deploying live, multi-agent automated workflows is a bonus
