Sales Manager, Munich and Hallbergmoos
Grow hotel sales for Radisson Hotel Group across its Munich and Hallbergmoos portfolio. Develop local relationships and strategic accounts to increase revenue and market share.
Description
- Grow new and existing customer business, especially for the Prize by Radisson hotel in the Munich and Hallbergmoos area.
- Build and maintain a strong network across Munich’s business and airport communities.
- Represent Radisson Hotel Group at customer gatherings, networking events, and industry forums.
- Increase revenue and market share for a selected hotel portfolio and across the wider group.
- Use a consultative sales approach to establish lasting partnerships.
- Find new prospects through market analysis and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Create strategic account plans for key customers and prospects.
- Coordinate openly and proactively with global account teams.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and turn findings into practical action plans using modern tools and systems.
Requirements
- A degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Some experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in hospitality, travel, or services.
- Strong familiarity with the Munich market; experience around Munich Airport is an advantage.
- Self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and potential to grow within the Commercial organization.
- Class B driving licence.
- Knowledge of revenue and yield management.
- Experience preparing and negotiating contracts.
- Fluent German and English.
- Comfort with digital tools and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A practical, solution-focused approach and readiness to take on challenges.
- An open, positive manner and enthusiasm for making a positive difference to others.
