Tavsif

  • Develop production-grade backend software and services
  • Build dependable asynchronous pipelines that support AI models
  • Create deterministic bridges between agentic behavior and secure, predictable financial operations
  • Translate machine learning research prototypes into stable, high-performance production systems
  • Partner with backend and data engineers to operationalize, monitor, and improve agentic workflows
  • Contribute across retrieval, memory, and orchestration systems
  • Use tools including Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot in daily development
  • Own critical components of the AI platform and ecosystem
  • Help shape an AI-powered financial product for business owners, artists, and freelancers

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience as a senior engineer
  • Strong foundations in software engineering
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and scaling production machine learning and AI systems
  • Practical knowledge of modern LLM tools and orchestration frameworks
  • Experience deploying agentic systems to production
  • Experience with semantic search and retrieval architectures
  • Experience evaluating production AI systems for quality, cost, and latency
  • Experience using LLMs with personally identifiable and sensitive data in regulated environments
  • Experience delivering AI systems within strict security, compliance, and audit constraints
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Experience with asynchronous execution models
  • Ability to manage deadlines, own work end to end, and share technical context
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Startup experience is preferred
  • Fintech or crypto experience is preferred but not required
  • A track record of deploying live, multi-agent automated workflows is a bonus
