Create deterministic bridges between agentic behavior and secure, predictable financial operations
Translate machine learning research prototypes into stable, high-performance production systems
Partner with backend and data engineers to operationalize, monitor, and improve agentic workflows
Contribute across retrieval, memory, and orchestration systems
Use tools including Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot in daily development
Own critical components of the AI platform and ecosystem
Help shape an AI-powered financial product for business owners, artists, and freelancers

Талаптар

At least five years of experience as a senior engineer
Strong foundations in software engineering
Hands-on experience designing, building, and scaling production machine learning and AI systems
Practical knowledge of modern LLM tools and orchestration frameworks
Experience deploying agentic systems to production
Experience with semantic search and retrieval architectures
Experience evaluating production AI systems for quality, cost, and latency
Experience using LLMs with personally identifiable and sensitive data in regulated environments
Experience delivering AI systems within strict security, compliance, and audit constraints
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with asynchronous execution models
Ability to manage deadlines, own work end to end, and share technical context
Fluent written and spoken English
Startup experience is preferred
Fintech or crypto experience is preferred but not required
A track record of deploying live, multi-agent automated workflows is a bonus
