- Earned a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, network engineering, or an equivalent field within the 12 months before the start date
- Understand networking concepts
- Understand cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Understand artificial intelligence concepts, machine learning frameworks, and data analytics
- Understand sustainability concepts, practices, and technologies as they apply to IT solutions
- Understand data center infrastructure concepts
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets effectively
- Communicate clearly in spoken and written English
- Have sales experience or a demonstrated interest in sales, with enthusiasm for technology
- Build relationships well and lead solution-focused discussions
- Explain complex technical information clearly
- Present information effectively and communicate exceptionally well
- Be comfortable working in a hybrid setting that combines virtual and in-person work
