Description
- Manage inbound and outbound conversations with customers and prospective buyers
- Create qualified sales opportunities and schedule visits for Localiza used-vehicle stores
- Increase store traffic and support stronger sales performance
Requirements
- High school completion is required
- Current higher education studies are considered a plus
- Customer service experience is required, preferably in a contact center, service desk, support function, or related setting
- Prior experience selling, negotiating, and presenting products or services
- Ability to recognize commercial opportunities during customer conversations and help drive results
- Working knowledge of customer service platforms, CRM tools, and ticket registration
- Comfort with digital tools and Microsoft Office
- Experience monitoring targets, quality, productivity, and sales performance indicators
- Knowledge of customer care, relationship management, and consultative selling methods
- Ability to take initiative in resolving customer needs while maintaining a positive experience
