- Explain insurance coverage options during inbound and outbound client conversations
- Establish trust with prospective customers and assist them throughout enrollment
- Respond to leads promptly and keep follow-up activity accurately documented in the CRM
- Achieve individual sales targets while providing a professional customer experience
- Work with colleagues and take part in ongoing sales training
Requirements
- Willingness to work evenings
- Availability during business hours in the Eastern Time zone
- Preferred: sales, customer service, or other client-facing communication experience with a record of meeting performance targets
- Preferred: familiarity with using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-up activity
- Preferred: prior insurance industry experience
- Preferred: experience with inbound leads, outbound follow-up, objection handling, and enrollment guidance
- Preferred: experience conducting face-to-face customer interactions through Zoom
