Senior Oracle Fusion Solution Architect – Telecommunications
Lead Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM architecture for telecommunications clients in Southeast Asia, guiding solution design, integrations and client advisory throughout implementation. The role also includes mentoring consultants and contributing to presales work.
Description
- Own architecture for end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance and SCM implementations.
- Turn client business needs into scalable solutions aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices.
- Lead fit-gap assessments, solution workshops and configuration decisions.
- Oversee architecture across integration, data migration and reporting workstreams.
- Act as the senior technical contact for client stakeholders and project leaders.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to presales demonstrations and proposals.
- Align solutions with telecommunications industry and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bring at least 10 years of Oracle ERP consulting experience, including 8 or more years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Have hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA and Cash Management) and SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory and Order Management).
- Have delivered Oracle Fusion implementations in the telecommunications industry.
- Bring strong solution architecture experience, including fit-gap analysis, design documentation and integration planning.
- Have led or held a senior role in at least three to four full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
- Oracle Fusion Finance and/or SCM certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Oracle EPM alongside ERP is preferred.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian regulatory and tax environments, such as GST and Pillar Two/BEPS 2.0, is preferred.
- Previous consulting experience at a Big Four firm or global systems integrator is preferred.
