Description
- Develop and manage sales opportunities through email, phone, and online chat
- Assess leads and create accurate customer quotations
- Help customers navigate the purchasing process
- Maintain complete and current customer records in Zoho CRM
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
- Coordinate with Marketing, Technical Sales, and Order Processing teams
- Verify project information and provide technical and production teams with the details they need
- Record leads, opportunities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM
- Work with Marketing to turn campaign leads into sales discussions
- Equip Account Representatives with customer details, product resources, and follow-up support
- Strengthen key-account relationships through recurring check-ins and account updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, Business Management, or a related discipline
- At least four years of inside sales experience, ideally in B2B or technical sectors
- Confident, persuasive communication and strong interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized, proactive, and consistent in customer follow-up
- Excellent written English with careful attention to communication details
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM, plus Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote setting
- Capacity to quickly learn new systems and product information
- Excellent English communication skills
