Requirements

- Demonstrate strong conversational to fluent English communication and solid reading comprehension
- Possess basic computer skills, including data entry and typing
- Be available for graveyard shifts and a permanent work-from-home arrangement
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace and remain comfortable handling calls for extended periods
