Remote Outbound Market Research Call Center Agent
Work remotely from the Philippines conducting outbound telephone interviews and documenting multifamily property data. Support client research needs through accurate calls, data entry, and online verification.
Tavsif
- Conduct telephone research interviews and enter findings into the data collection system
- Gather essential data points about multifamily properties
- Use available tools to complete accurate and efficient online research
- Verify and update records in the data collection system
- Apply established guidelines to maintain consistent, unbiased data
- Meet quality review benchmarks and comply with monitoring requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to achieve department objectives
- Maintain expected performance and productivity levels
- Adhere to call center policies and operating procedures
Talablar
- Provide a personal desktop or laptop, noise-cancelling headset, and reliable internet with a backup connection, such as a prepaid wireless modem
- Have at least six months of call center experience, ideally in outbound calling, market research, or a comparable position
- Demonstrate strong conversational to fluent English communication and solid reading comprehension
- Possess basic computer skills, including data entry and typing
- Be available for graveyard shifts and a permanent work-from-home arrangement
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace and remain comfortable handling calls for extended periods
