Remote IT Project Manager, CTO Operating Partner — Colombia

Partner with Power Digital’s CTO to coordinate technology initiatives and maintain clear portfolio oversight. Manage operating rhythms, follow-through, and executive reporting for the technology organization.

Description

  • Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of IT, security, and product initiatives, including ownership, timelines, status, risks, and decisions.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings and records, action tracking, vendor and contract renewals, salary caps, budgets, and executive reporting.
  • Handle operational coordination for the CTO, including vendors, procurement, hiring logistics, cross-functional requests, and documentation.
  • Keep commitments moving by following up, identifying blockers, recommending escalations, and closing the loop with stakeholders.
  • Apply AI tools to improve and streamline business processes.
  • Use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in support of the department.
  • Monitor KPIs for portfolio visibility, the CTO’s operational workload, action closure, reporting cadence, and vendor renewals.

Requirements

  • At least three years in project or program management, chief of staff, or technology operations roles supporting a senior technology leader.
  • Experience managing programs with multiple workstreams in a work-management tool.
  • Strong written English, including the ability to turn unstructured updates into executive-ready status reports or decision memos.
  • Comfort working with budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement processes.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to track IT, security, and software work and ask informed questions.
  • Persistent and tactful follow-up, with confidence holding senior stakeholders to commitments.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Availability during US business hours and for short-notice work outside those hours.
