Remote Compliance Licensing Analyst

Manage pharmacy and healthcare credentials for AnewHealth, a nationwide pharmacy care management company. Coordinate licensing renewals, regulatory compliance, audits, and credential records across jurisdictions.

Description

  • Oversee business, pharmacy, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, wholesale, and other healthcare licenses, registrations, and permits across multiple jurisdictions
  • Prepare, submit, monitor, and renew licenses, permits, and registrations
  • Keep licensing databases, records, and supporting documentation accurate and current
  • Track expiration dates and complete renewals on schedule
  • Work with state pharmacy boards, regulatory agencies, and third-party licensing vendors
  • Research licensing requirements for new jurisdictions, locations, and services
  • Investigate and resolve licensing discrepancies and compliance concerns
  • Produce reports and metrics covering licensing status, renewals, inspections, and compliance work
  • Review trends to identify potential compliance risks
  • Handle confidential information according to company policies and applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Human Resources, Credentialing, and Pharmacy leadership on licensing and compliance initiatives
  • Advise managers and employees on licensing requirements
  • Assist with onboarding tasks that require professional license verification
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED plus five years of compliance-related experience
  • At least two years of experience in healthcare licensing, pharmacy compliance, regulatory affairs, credentialing, or a related compliance function
  • Experience working with state licensing boards, regulatory agencies, or healthcare compliance systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and licensing requirements
  • Ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and regulatory guidance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Consistent, accurate recordkeeping and document management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Availability to work outside normal business hours on an as-needed basis
