Description

  • Handle routine Data Services support activities with general supervision
  • Assist Finance while coordinating with Underwriting and Account Management specialists
  • Enter foundational provider demographic updates into the directory to support claims adjudication
  • Triage incoming data service requests and review information to address customer and member questions
  • Audit provider records regularly and escalate identified issues to management
  • Contribute to Data Services change management and process optimization initiatives
  • Apply management guidance to perform assigned processes, techniques, and responsibilities
  • Address auditor requests, questions, and reported data discrepancies
  • Complete other assigned responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least one year of healthcare or data entry experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Current residence in Arizona
  • Prior experience using SQL and QXNT
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and large datasets
  • Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making practices
  • Consistent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic communication skills
  • A strong interest in learning and growth, with a curious and investigative approach
  • High school diploma or GED
