Program Compliance Co-op – Sales Support

Support education-credit compliance for Cultural Care Au Pair participants by reviewing documentation, assessing extension eligibility, and coordinating with global participants and sales teams.

Description

  • Maintain organized records of au pairs’ education-credit documentation and update status information in internal systems
  • Evaluate coursework records, transcripts, and certificates against U.S. Department of State requirements
  • Approve eligible submissions and identify documentation that is incomplete or does not qualify
  • Handle education-credit inquiries and oversee the Extension team’s incoming request queue
  • Resolve inquiries directly or refer cases to the appropriate specialist
  • Explain approval outcomes, remaining requirements, and next steps to au pairs, host families, and local coordinators
  • Work with the extension sales team to provide education-credit updates and support extension discussions
  • Coordinate with education course providers
  • Update internal resources when course offerings or recommendations change
  • Analyze submission patterns to find bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

Requirements

  • Demonstrated precision and consistency when reviewing and evaluating documentation
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to explain compliance standards clearly to an international and diverse audience
  • Capacity to process high submission volumes, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong organizational skills and personal initiative
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Collaborative approach and experience partnering across functions, especially with sales or client-facing teams
  • Additional language proficiency is an advantage
  • Experience with international students or colleagues, or in a multicultural workplace
  • Background in education administration, compliance administration, program coordination, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with cultural exchange programs, J-1 visa rules, or Department of State compliance standards
