- Coordinate projects, meetings, events and leadership forums for Prestige Brands.
- Manage the VP’s agenda, travel arrangements and expenses.
- Prepare presentations, reports and materials for senior leaders and key meetings.
- Monitor actions, timelines and priorities, and follow up to support execution.
- Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend key meetings, record outcomes and follow up on agreed actions.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or early experience in project coordination, business support or a related field.
- Fluent English is required.
- Spanish and French are advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to structure complex work and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
