Partnerships Manager - Manchester Hybrid

Lead strategic B2B partnerships and customer acquisition for interactive investor, building partner channels, opportunity pipelines and commercial performance across the UK investment sector.

Description

  • Lead the partnerships strategy to drive customer acquisition, commercial growth and performance across existing and new B2B partnerships
  • Source, secure and develop strategic partnerships across recruitment, umbrella, accountancy, employee benefits, financial services and other affinity channels
  • Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline while identifying new routes to market
  • Own partner relationships from onboarding through continued commercial development
  • Deliver joint business plans, engagement programmes and initiatives that improve performance
  • Expand a network of partners, intermediaries and relevant industry stakeholders
  • Represent interactive investor at industry events, conferences and partner meetings
  • Use the designated broker proposition to build relationships with financial services organisations and intermediaries
  • Work with Marketing, PR, Product, Operations, Compliance, Customer Services and Growth teams on partnership objectives
  • Coordinate joint campaigns, thought leadership, media activity, case studies and partner communications
  • Represent partner requirements internally and maintain alignment among key stakeholders
  • Track, evaluate and report on partnership performance, pipeline progress, acquisition activity and commercial results
  • Prepare forecasts, presentations and business updates for senior stakeholders
  • Ensure partnership activity, contracts and commercial agreements meet regulatory requirements, company policies and the firm's Risk Management Framework
  • Support risk and control processes in accordance with FCA requirements and governance standards

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in partnerships, business development, account management or relationship management, with a record of commercial growth and strategic partnership development
  • Strong relationship-building, networking and stakeholder-management abilities, including opportunity identification, decision-maker influence and commercial delivery
  • Working knowledge of the umbrella, recruitment and financial services sectors
  • Commercially driven, proactive and results-oriented, with a curious outlook and strong growth mindset
  • Experience collaborating across teams to deliver partnership programmes, campaigns and business goals
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation capabilities, including turning data and insight into practical recommendations
  • Self-motivated, organised and resilient, with the confidence to represent the business externally and work with senior stakeholders
  • Customer-focused and accountable, with a consistent focus on positive customer and business results
