Partner Program Coordinator - Computacenter Canada Onsite

Coordinate Computacenter Canada’s technology partner relationships, certifications, rebates, OEM contracts, and partner programs. Support forecasting, Tier 2 partner management, compliance, and performance reporting.

Description

  • Manage business-to-business relationships with key partners and vendors
  • Support Partner Alliance Managers with rebate forecasting and reviews
  • Coordinate changes to OEM contracts
  • Track partner-required certifications through successful completion
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver services aligned with business objectives and Winning Together values
  • Strengthen partner and Computacenter Canada relationships to support brand and business growth
  • Maintain certification and partner requirements across the partner ecosystem
  • Manage OEM partner relationships and programs
  • Configure partner portal access, user credentials, and initial accounts
  • Improve profitability across assigned fulfillment partners
  • Optimize front-end and back-end processes for rebate programs and partner solutions
  • Analyze partner initiatives, forecast strategic changes, and report key metrics
  • Review forecasts to identify opportunities for additional discounts and programs
  • Forecast and monitor partner rebates
  • Communicate partner programs and processes to internal departments
  • Manage Tier 2 partners, engagement, fulfillment requirements, programs, and assigned projects
  • Update partner-specific Program Guides quarterly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support Computacenter’s mission and core values

Requirements

  • At least 1–3 years of experience with a technology company providing IT service delivery
  • Proven ability to work effectively in challenging environments
  • Experience working with partners and vendors to increase sales and strengthen relationships is preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Knowledge of current and emerging market trends, including geographic and cultural considerations
  • Ability to apply lessons learned when developing strategies for future deals
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement by creating metrics from current performance
