Onsite Clinical Study Coordinator

Coordinate clinical trial operations at Pratia’s Plovdiv research site, supporting patients and study teams. Maintain study records and databases while helping ensure work follows clinical research procedures.

Description

  • Serve as a key contact for patients, colleagues, sponsors, and external partners.
  • Coordinate and support clinical trial activities at the research site.
  • Keep study documents and site files organized and up to date.
  • Record and manage information in electronic databases and clinical systems.
  • Help prepare and review documents related to studies.
  • Translate study documents and communications when needed.
  • Assist investigators and medical staff with daily study activities.
  • Complete work accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Help uphold clinical research procedures and standards.

Requirements

  • Write and speak English fluently.
  • Use Microsoft Office and digital systems comfortably.
  • Stay organized and attentive to detail.
  • Bring a proactive, positive approach to teamwork.
  • Be keen to learn and build new skills.
  • Work reliably and responsibly, with a commitment to high-quality results.
  • Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Show interest in a long-term career in clinical research.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or medical administration is helpful but not required.
  • Be available to work full time onsite at the Plovdiv location.
