Middle Business Analyst – iGaming Configuration (Hybrid, Ukraine)

Join EveryMatrix as a Business Analyst shaping iGaming configuration requirements, workflows, integrations, and automation. The role supports AI-enabled process improvements across business, product, development, and operations teams.

Description

  • Collaborate with Configuration, Account Management, Vendor Management, Development, Product, and Operations teams to align processes and systems
  • Define requirements for iGaming configuration capabilities covering game registration, vendor settings, restrictions, jurisdictions, releases, bonuses, jackpots, free spins, and operator-specific rules
  • Gather, record, validate, and refine requirements so business needs become actionable solutions
  • Document end-to-end configuration workflows, platform dependencies, and data movement across integrated systems
  • Connect business and technical stakeholders by clarifying requirements, dependencies, and expected system behavior
  • Create functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN and UML diagrams, and configuration documentation
  • Help define new product and system capabilities, including MVP boundaries, business rules, field behavior, validation logic, and default values
  • Find inefficiencies in configuration and operational processes and advance standardization and automation
  • Contribute to workflow automation projects involving task creation, notifications, and system integrations
  • Investigate opportunities to use AI for automation and operational improvement
  • Assess practical applications of AI across current processes and workflows
  • Monitor operational KPIs, backlog status, and delivery progress
  • Support reporting activities and ongoing process improvement

Requirements

  • At least two years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in iGaming or a comparable sector
  • Strong ability to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements
  • Proficiency in UML and BPMN modeling, process flows, and wireframes
  • Sound knowledge of business-process and system-requirement methodologies
  • Experience handling complex business rules, configurations, and cross-functional integrations
  • Working knowledge of AI technologies and their practical use in business processes and workflow automation
  • Practical experience using AI tools
  • Ability to assess and prioritize opportunities for AI-based process automation and improvement
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication abilities
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
