Maintenance Technician – Lisbon (Hybrid)

Maintain and repair Diebold Nixdorf banking and retail equipment across Lisbon. The role includes field service visits, installations, fault diagnosis, customer support, testing, and service reporting.

Description

  • Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment systems
  • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements to availability, capacity, and reliability
  • Analyze equipment failures to identify underlying causes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems
  • Write technical reports covering modifications and maintenance procedures
  • Deliver customer service and technical support during field visits and deployments
  • Coordinate on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing work
  • Identify technical faults and determine suitable corrective actions
  • Complete accurate and timely service reports
  • Maintain clear process documentation
  • Drive safely and operate field service automation tools
  • Comply with company procedures and operational protocols
  • Work with the technical team and share relevant information across the organization
  • Assess customer needs and provide suitable recommendations and communications
  • Develop and maintain constructive customer relationships

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in field service work
  • Can troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain technical equipment
  • Literacy in English
  • Native-level Portuguese
  • Valid driving licence
  • Available for flexible shifts and changing work schedules
  • Comfortable using mobile tools and applications
  • Technical degree or professional certification
