Maintenance Technician – Lisbon (Hybrid)

- Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment systems
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements to availability, capacity, and reliability
- Analyze equipment failures to identify underlying causes
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems
- Write technical reports covering modifications and maintenance procedures
- Deliver customer service and technical support during field visits and deployments
- Coordinate on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing work
- Identify technical faults and determine suitable corrective actions
- Complete accurate and timely service reports
- Maintain clear process documentation
- Drive safely and operate field service automation tools
- Comply with company procedures and operational protocols
- Work with the technical team and share relevant information across the organization
- Assess customer needs and provide suitable recommendations and communications
- Develop and maintain constructive customer relationships
