Description

  • Coordinate legal work that protects and monetizes Nokia’s intellectual property worldwide
  • Provide specialized legal advice and practical support for complex IP transactions, M&A, licensing, and strategic initiatives
  • Advise Nokia’s Technology Standards business and its Partnering, Licensing, Strategy, Patenting, and Commercial Management teams
  • Create and maintain policies, processes, and governance frameworks for Technology Standards operations
  • Reduce legal risk and strengthen Nokia’s operational efficiency
  • Provide training and practical guidance to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least seven years of hands-on legal experience in technology, patent and IP licensing and transactions, cross-border transactions, M&A, governance, and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property law
  • Ability to deliver practical, actionable legal advice
  • Ability to coordinate and structure work across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to resolve complex legal issues and drive effective strategy execution
  • Willingness and ability to identify workable compromises consistent with Nokia’s patent-licensing practices and policies
  • Master’s degree in law
