Lead Content Manager – AI Conversation Data, Remote Serbia
Lead content role focused on developing, editing, and evaluating AI text datasets for Social Discovery Group’s global social connection platforms. Responsibilities include bot testing, data annotation, troubleshooting, creative content development, and conversational quality standards.
Description
- Edit and quality-check text datasets
- Develop new text datasets for conversational AI
- Test updated bot versions and assess their performance
- Annotate and label data for model training
- Produce additional creative content for the platforms
- Use test results to determine whether bot issues stem from the dataset, prompt, or model
- Recommend appropriate fixes for identified bot issues
- Define standards for style, tone, explicitness, and overall quality
Requirements
- C1-level or higher proficiency in English
- C1-level or higher proficiency in Russian
- Experience editing data, especially text-based datasets
- Background creating and annotating datasets for model training
- Ability to independently define standards covering style, tone, explicitness, and quality
- Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to diagnose whether bot problems originate in the dataset, prompt, or model and recommend suitable solutions
- Thorough understanding of different audience types
- Strong understanding of effective conversational techniques, including flirting, escalation, engagement, and retention
