Full-Stack Digital Strategist — Hybrid

Lead multi-channel digital campaigns for luxury hotels, resorts, and experiential travel brands. Manage paid media, SEO, analytics, tracking, conversion funnels, and client performance.

Description

  • Lead strategy sessions and client calls
  • Track and improve clients’ organic and paid marketing performance
  • Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns
  • Maintain accurate data and implement tracking systems
  • Deliver actionable, data-led insights
  • Help improve internal processes and client services
  • Build specialized expertise in hospitality marketing
  • Create and execute integrated digital strategies for luxury hotels, resorts, ranches, and experiential travel clients
  • Work closely with digital marketers, developers, and project managers
  • Participate in company town halls, culture events, and required in-person meetings

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, with proficiency in GA4 and presenting data
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Tag Manager, including cross-domain and e-commerce tracking
  • Ability to diagnose and correct tracking issues
  • Experience creating, managing, and reporting on campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience developing and improving SEO strategies, resolving technical issues, and understanding search algorithms
  • Proficiency with SEO platforms such as Semrush
  • Experience managing multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced agency setting
  • Ability to work independently from strategic direction, solve problems, execute plans, and maintain client relationships
  • Experience designing and implementing conversion-focused funnels
  • Ability to partner with developers and project managers on ongoing website improvements
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity, Crazy Egg, or Hotjar
  • Knowledge of effective management practices for commonly used industry platforms
  • Hospitality advertising experience across TripAdvisor, OTAs such as Expedia and Booking.com, and metasearch is an asset
  • Experience with hospitality platforms such as SynXis, TravelClick, Revinate, The Hotels Network, TripTease, or HotelChamp is an asset
  • Google certifications are an asset
  • French or Arabic language skills are an asset
  • Experience with Google Data Studio is an asset
  • Experience with CRO, website friction analysis, and A/B or multivariate testing is an asset
  • Availability for required team or department meetings held in person
  • Availability for scheduled company town halls and culture-building events
