Field Clinical Coordinator - Dayton, OH (Hybrid)

Dozee is seeking a Field Clinical Coordinator to support AI-powered remote patient monitoring devices across Dayton-area healthcare facilities. The role combines clinical staff training, equipment deployment, telehealth coordination, and field-based technical support.

Description

  • Train nurses and caregivers on device operation, maintenance, and reading interpretation.
  • Provide on-site and remote assistance for routine device and system issues.
  • Arrange and support telehealth assessments with Nurse Practitioners.
  • Assist nursing teams with basic reviews of stable patients.
  • Handle service requests and resolve device or connectivity problems.
  • Identify minor hardware and software issues and escalate complex cases.
  • Replace and maintain defective equipment and install firmware updates.
  • Coordinate installation of RPM sensors, monitors, and software at healthcare facilities.
  • Complete device calibration, pairing, network checks, and setup testing.
  • Follow HIPAA, company, safety, and infection-control requirements.
  • Document installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and service activity.
  • Escalate recurring problems to engineering and product teams.
  • Oversee device inventory, deployment, retrieval, replacement, storage, and transport.
  • Work with clinical, installation, technical support, engineering, product, and logistics teams.
  • Share field observations with product development and communicate customer feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Bring at least 2–3 years of experience in clinical coordination, medical device installation, or healthcare technology support.
  • Have experience in healthcare settings, ideally skilled nursing facilities.
  • Be available for frequent travel within the assigned region.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and familiarity with healthcare workflows and medical devices.
  • Communicate clearly and build effective working relationships.
  • Train and support clinical staff with confidence.
  • Apply strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Maintain accurate records with close attention to detail.
  • Work independently in the field while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Hold at least one of the following certifications: CNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant (MA).
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently.
  • Follow HIPAA requirements and healthcare safety and infection-control standards.
