Field Claim Representative - Texas Remote

Part-time field claims representative conducting on-site property claim inventories across Texas. Supports insurers and policyholders while coordinating assignments, travel, safety, and customer relationships.

Description

  • Manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments using SOS field inventory procedures.
  • Complete assigned work in support of department, facility, operational, and corporate objectives.
  • Support business development for new and existing service offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters to encourage customer retention and repeat business.
  • Communicate daily with the Field Manager and Service Manager about operational issues and process improvements.
  • Comply with standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
  • Assume additional duties as assigned.
  • Perform post-loss insurance claim work in adverse conditions.
  • Complete assignments safely and efficiently.
  • Travel to locations within the assigned geographic area.

Requirements

  • Professional appearance and a well-maintained personal vehicle.
  • Ability to perform post-loss insurance claim work in adverse conditions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organization and leadership abilities.
  • Results-oriented approach and ability to work effectively on a team.
  • Willingness to travel to sites within the assigned geographic area.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions.
  • Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable personal vehicle available for work use.
  • Property and casualty claims experience is preferred.
  • Restoration industry experience is preferred.
