Executive Assistant, Brand Marketing

Description

  • Oversee inboxes and prepare correspondence
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Coordinate complex market visits
  • Prepare agendas, meeting records, and presentation materials
  • Plan onsite and offsite meetings and team-building activities
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on company-wide initiatives
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity
  • Assist leaders with decisions, program management, and initiative execution
  • Pursue established professional development objectives

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience supporting vice presidents or senior leaders as an Executive Assistant
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and judgment
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Several years of end-to-end executive calendar management, including pre-reads, agendas, and follow-up
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to develop relationships and partnerships across the organization
  • Clear communication and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and proficient with current Office tools
  • Interest in event management and demonstrated attention to detail when organizing team events
  • Experience coordinating complex international travel, including multi-leg itineraries and frequent changes
  • Availability for occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work supporting a global business
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and ethical decision-making
