Equine Insurance Administrator

Administer equine insurance policies for SEIB, a specialist UK broker, covering new business, renewals, policy changes, and documentation. Support clients, maintain compliant records, and contribute to retention and service targets.

Description

  • Administer equine insurance activities, including new business, renewals, policy amendments, and timely issuance of accurate documentation.
  • Respond to calls, correspondence, client questions, and referrals promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain precise records and process financial transactions accurately.
  • Keep client funds, overdue items, diaries, and company systems current and compliant with internal guidelines.
  • Contribute to agreed client retention goals.
  • Recognise suitable opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
  • Meet established KPIs and quality benchmarks.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and help foster a positive, supportive team environment.
