Description

  • Respond to personal and commercial automobile and property claims for Beneva and L’Unique
  • Open and maintain claim files
  • Gather information to validate policy status, confirm compliance with policy conditions, and determine coverage
  • Confirm liability and applicable deductibles with policyholders
  • Connect policyholders with automotive partners for damage assessments, repairs, and rental vehicles
  • Arrange appraisal appointments with policyholders
  • Assist the Claims department and complete other duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • Vocational diploma (DEP) or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in customer service
  • Confidence handling customer calls by telephone
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
