Description
- Support process improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma.
- Map existing processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Help measure processes and track performance metrics.
- Collect data to identify problem root causes.
- Assess performance against process requirements.
- Recommend ways to address performance gaps.
- Help create and deliver presentations and training.
- Research and assess process methods and best practices.
- Share updates on team progress.
- Prepare communications that support organizational strategies.
- Document process needs analyses and improvement work.
- Support process improvement and root cause analysis frameworks, materials, standards, rollout plans, reporting, tracking, and return on investment measurement.
- Track and report on process improvement implementations.
- Gather development environment requirements for projects and system enhancements.
- Review system performance for process improvement initiatives.
- Carry out other assigned duties.
- Follow corporate policies, including ACI’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, finance, or equivalent experience.
- Strong spoken presentation and written communication skills.
- Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and graphics for creating process and communication materials.
- Basic Power BI, SQL, and Python skills for data analysis are desirable.
