Business Development and Digital Content Associate — DIA, Onsite United States

Support DIA’s global healthcare association through executive prospect research, personalized outreach, HubSpot CRM administration, and Sitecore website publishing. This full-time onsite role combines business development coordination with digital content operations.

Description

  • Identify CEOs, C-suite leaders, board members, and other senior decision-makers at target organizations
  • Research and verify executive contact details using approved databases and research tools
  • Keep HubSpot contact records complete and accurate
  • Run personalized email and other approved outreach campaigns on behalf of the CEO
  • Record outreach activity, replies, and engagement history in HubSpot
  • Manage follow-up sequences for contacts who do not respond
  • Track campaign results and deliver routine performance updates
  • Direct interested prospects, partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to the appropriate internal contacts
  • Keep clear records of positive, neutral, and negative responses
  • Arrange meetings and introductions generated through outreach activity
  • Maintain CRM data integrity through regular record upkeep
  • Update the front end of DIA’s website through Sitecore CMS
  • Create and refresh web pages, landing pages, news stories, event details, and resource materials
  • Check published content for accuracy, presentation, and usability
  • Upload images, documents, and other digital assets
  • Complete quality checks before content goes live
  • Apply brand requirements and editorial standards to all website updates
  • Work with marketing and content colleagues to deliver requested website changes

Requirements

  • Associate degree plus 1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, marketing, CRM, digital marketing, or business development
  • Experience using CRM and CMS platforms; HubSpot and Sitecore experience is preferred
  • Strong research, writing, organizational, and detail-management skills
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and complete assignments reliably
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software
  • Background supporting executive communications or business development is an advantage
