Description

  • Direct the retail store’s day-to-day operations
  • Manage, coach, and develop the store team
  • Lead merchandising activities and product launches
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with products and services
  • Coach retail sales consultants toward sales and service goals
  • Partner with key stakeholders on initiatives extending beyond the store

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • At least three years of sales or customer experience in telecommunications or a related field
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Effective planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders on initiatives extending beyond the store
