Bilingual Spanish Care Team Supervisor

Supervise bilingual caregiver teams delivering home care services. Coordinate scheduling, service documentation, authorizations, compliance, utilization, and caregiver support.

Description

  • Coordinate personal care services and arrange coverage for planned and unexpected absences
  • Maintain accurate client records, care plans, caregiver schedules, and required documentation
  • Review service authorizations and contract-specific requirements
  • Monitor billing, payroll, utilization, and service-delivery reports for accuracy
  • Support branch growth initiatives and operational planning
  • Maintain compliance with licensure, payer, contract, and regulatory standards
  • Coach and support caregivers to strengthen performance and engagement
  • Track required caregiver training, certifications, health assessments, and in-service completion
  • Lead caregiver orientations as needed
  • Work with payroll and timekeeping teams
  • Monitor daily service delivery to maintain adequate caregiver coverage
  • Verify that authorizations match scheduled services and review utilization reports
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, case managers, and leadership
  • Represent the organization professionally within the community
  • Complete additional duties and projects that support team and organizational goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • At least 60 college credit hours and/or two years of supervisory experience is required
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience serving older adults or people with disabilities is preferred
  • Five years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and home care operations is preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and strong documentation skills
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese, Russian, or Portuguese may be required depending on location
  • Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel locally and occasionally for audits or operational needs
