Support Lloyds Banking Group’s Transaction Banking Implementation team by modernising client onboarding through AI and automation. Apply Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline processes and improve delivery efficiency.

Description

  • Support the Transaction Banking Implementation team with onboarding the Bank’s largest and most complex clients
  • Apply Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Increase productivity and delivery efficiency through AI, automation and digital productivity tools
  • Find opportunities to improve existing processes and working practices
  • Turn improvement opportunities into practical, scalable solutions
  • Contribute to the modernisation of team processes and operating practices
  • Help drive adoption of change by training colleagues and embedding new tools and processes

Requirements

  • Demonstrable hands-on expertise with AI and automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI and the wider Microsoft 365 platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including identifying and simplifying inefficient processes
  • Experience converting process improvements into scalable solutions that reduce manual work and increase productivity
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 productivity applications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technology functions
  • A proactive continuous-improvement approach, with genuine interest in emerging technologies
  • Ability to manage competing priorities accurately in a fast-moving and complex delivery environment
  • Good understanding of risk, controls and data implications when introducing new processes
  • Practical experience using generative AI in business processes or operational workflows
  • Background in banking, financial services, Transaction Banking, client implementation or onboarding
  • Knowledge of process mapping, workflow redesign, Lean or continuous-improvement practices
  • Experience producing management information, dashboards and data visualisations
  • Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, information security and operational risk
  • Experience enabling change through training and the adoption of new tools and processes
