Associate Ad Operations Manager — GroundTruth (Remote, United States)

Manage and evaluate digital advertising campaigns for GroundTruth, using real-world behavior data to support accurate delivery and performance. The role covers campaign troubleshooting, reporting, quality assurance, and month-end reconciliation.

Description

  • Set up and traffic advertising campaigns in GroundTruth’s proprietary ad-serving platform with accurate, timely execution
  • Measure and analyze several advertising campaigns concurrently
  • Spot potential delivery risks and improvement opportunities before they affect campaign performance
  • Review first- and third-party reporting to confirm pacing and progress toward campaign goals
  • Verify campaign configurations against client insertion orders through quality assurance checks
  • Investigate campaign and creative issues with available tools and resources
  • Coordinate expectations, communications, and performance reporting with internal teams
  • Manage reporting and month-end reconciliation accurately and on schedule
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the Ad Operations team
  • Independently organize competing priorities while contributing to and supporting the wider team
  • Take responsibility for deliverables, apply feedback, and improve operational processes and results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least one year of relevant experience, or at least two years of transferable experience in digital advertising across platforms, publishers, ad networks, agencies, or related settings
  • Working knowledge of digital media and advertising technology, including ad-serving platforms and/or SSPs and DSPs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability paired with careful attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time management, including the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Clear communication and client-service skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-directed approach, with good judgment about when to seek collaboration or assistance
  • Collaborative team mindset and willingness to support work wherever needed
  • Receptive to coaching and feedback, with motivation to build technical and industry knowledge
  • Strong Microsoft Excel capability and proficiency with PowerPoint
  • Experience working with HTML5 and JavaScript advertising
  • Background creating rich media advertisements for mobile devices
  • Experience testing and debugging ads with Fiddler, Charles, or comparable tools
  • Respectful and positive approach to working with colleagues
