Handle outbound and inbound calls to retain smaller, less complex accounts
Expand customer relationships by selling Republic Services’ complete product portfolio
Stay current on services, business lines, pricing structures, and available offers
Complete contract renewals to extend customer relationships and improve profitability
Address cancellation requests in line with the company’s escalation policy
Explain company pricing initiatives to customers
Use Salesforce every day to schedule and record calls, meetings, and proposals
Record customer emails while limiting rate restrictions and customer credits
Meet routinely with the Sales Manager to review retention work, goal progress, and priority customer relationships
Handle other duties related to the role as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
0–2 years of customer service experience required
Experience in the waste or transportation industry preferred
