Senior Data Architect, Databricks and Lakehouse

  • Turn client goals into secure, scalable, cost-efficient Databricks platform designs.
  • Guide data warehouse migrations, lakehouse rollouts, and enterprise analytics implementations.
  • Build and launch ingestion pipelines and transformation workflows with Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and cloud services.
  • Help scope consulting projects through solution designs, architecture plans, and effort estimates.
  • Work with delivery teams, client engineers, project managers, partners, and internal engineering groups.
  • Keep technical delivery on schedule and to a high standard.
  • Resolve complex implementation issues.
  • Document architectures and define practices that help clients operate solutions independently over time.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of scalable data platforms.
  • Guide client work in data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI.
  • Modernize legacy systems, launch production lakehouses, and support technology adoption.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring at least eight years of hands-on work in data engineering, data architecture, or big data platform development.
  • Use Python and SQL proficiently.
  • Have strong experience with distributed computing and Apache Spark.
  • Scala experience is preferred.
  • Show a track record of building and deploying modern data platforms with Databricks or similar technology.
  • Have experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Be familiar with CI/CD automation.
  • Be familiar with DataOps practices for data operations.
  • Be familiar with managing production pipelines.
  • Bring strong consulting skills.
  • Be able to lead technical workshops, explain complex ideas to stakeholders, and guide architecture decisions.
  • Experience deploying machine learning platforms and production MLOps workflows is preferred.
  • Experience moving legacy ETL or data warehouse environments to modern cloud platforms is preferred.
  • Current Databricks certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise services, technical consulting, or client-facing solutions engineering is preferred.
