- Audit and refactor legacy Java and Python code to resolve inefficiencies and reduce technical debt
- Redesign Azure OpenAI and LLM usage strategies through caching, prompt optimization, token management, and model selection to lower operating costs
- Oversee Azure architecture across Container Apps, Storage, Table Storage, Key Vault, and Communication Services
- Lead optimization and potential multi-cloud migration decisions involving AWS
- Establish development standards, Bitbucket CI/CD practices, New Relic observability, and clean-code guidelines
- Define the technical roadmap for completing unfinished development work
- Coordinate team deliveries
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of software development experience
- One to two years of experience leading artificial intelligence or GenAI projects in production
- Advanced proficiency in Python and Java with Spring Boot
- Strong experience consuming and integrating LLMs through OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and LlamaIndex
- Experience with embeddings generation, NLP, and inference-cost optimization
- Proven Azure experience with Azure Container Apps, Azure Storage, Azure Table Storage, Key Vault, and Azure OpenAI
- Working knowledge of AWS services including Bedrock, S3, ECS, and Lambda for a potential migration
- Experience with New Relic, Git or Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and secrets management
- Basic FinOps knowledge focused on optimizing cloud and AI budgets
- Technical leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with enterprise architecture stakeholders
