- Assess RFPs, solicitations, and client requirements to define technical and operational needs
- Design program-level solutions for distributed energy resources, solar and battery storage, electric vehicle programs, and EV charging infrastructure
- Create delivery models covering staffing, workflows, technology, incentive and rebate processing, and customer support
- Develop technical approaches that address client requirements and measurable outcomes
- Find opportunities for technical differentiation and shape solution concepts
- Partner with finance and program teams on scope and pricing inputs
- Align technical solutions with proposed budgets and implementation needs
- Consult subject matter experts to validate technical approaches
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services on schedule and meet client expectations
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience in solution development, program design, engineering, energy, infrastructure, or utility-related environments
- Working knowledge of solar and distributed energy resources
- Working knowledge of solar and battery storage systems
- Working knowledge of electric vehicles
- Working knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure
- Experience designing large-scale programs or operational solutions
- Understanding of clean-energy and sustainability principles
- Ability to convert complex technical requirements into practical program solutions
- Strong technical communication and documentation abilities
- Experience collaborating across functional teams
- Experience with U.S. government or utility programs is preferred
- Experience with state, municipal, or utility procurement is preferred
- Experience at firms such as Arcadis, WSP, AECOM, Stantec, Black & Veatch, Tetra Tech, ICF, or Guidehouse is preferred
- Experience supporting proposal pricing or budget development is preferred
- PMP, CAPM, or CF APMP certification is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, or mechanical engineering, or a related field, is preferred
